2. Establish staff roles, workflows, and management systems;
3. Train and manage employees to meet performance goals;
4. Issue production orders and ensure on-schedule completion;
5. Optimize and audit production processes to raise quality;
6. Enforce 6S on the shop floor;
Schedule: Six days on, one day off; day shift;
Compensation: RMB 10,000 – 15,000;
