Flexible, lightweight,reusable, good formability
VCI cover is a functional packaging material with anti-rust and waterproof properties. It is made using a water absorbent, flexible non woven fabric as the base material,with one side coated with VCI and the other laminated with a waterproof plastic layer or a waterproof fabric- reinforced layer. It can be used for the repetitive use of metal products turnover, or finished products in the process of storage and transportation of a one-time packaging protection bags. VCI volatilizes automatically in a relatively closed space and is absorbed on the metal surface to form a molecular-level protective film, blocking water vapor, oxygen, sulfur and other substances in the air from coming into contact with the metal, thus preventing the metal from rusting and corroding.
